Need to Return? No Problem!

Email theblondefinds@outlook.com or reach out to us by social media with your name and order number in order to start the process. All emails are aimed to be responded within 24 hours notice. 

You’re welcome to return for any reason, full refunds will be accepted if the item still has its original tag and there is no sign of wear. If a return is sent back to us in a suspicious way (worn, damaged by customer or without tags) your return may not be approved.

Once your return request has been accepted we will send you a free EVRI or Royal Mail QR code. Please make sure your item is packaged safely and your order detail paper is inside to ensure we process your return aa quick as we can. 

Returns are required to be sent within 7 days of the emailing of the shipping label or else the return will no longer be valid.

Once you’re return is accepted your payment will return to your original method within 2-7 business days depending on your bank.
